CAN I BRING MY BABY?

YES!

  • All Foundations Programs have the option of bringing your pre-crawling baby with you to class. Babies can be placed on a small blanket next to your mat.

  • Integration and BLISS are for moms only.


HOW MANY MOMS ARE IN CLASS?

We cap Foundations and Integration program attendance at 15 - a number that creates a vibrant community while still intimate enough to receive Rachel’s personal attention.


WHAT DO I WEAR?

Yoga/Work out clothes and we practice barefoot.


WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS A CLASS?

Foundations + Integration are complete 8-Week Programs full of supportive emails, goodies, videos, classes and friends.  If you need to miss a class or two, don’t stress! You can complete a make up in any other Class, watch a pre-recorded class On Demand in your own time + drop into Rachel’s virtual office hours with any questions. All class make ups must be completed within your 8-week program period.


WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

We completely understand the unexpected of living with a baby.  Rachel doesn’t care how late you arrive, get your booty into class and take a breath.  You made it.


REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS?

Once you sign up for Foundations or Integration, your spot is secured and is non-refundable and non-transferable. All drop-in classes have a 4-hour change or cancellation policy.


DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR CLASS?

To fully participate in Foundations + Integration video homework on the App, you will need a soft foam roller and a few other tools, which can be purchased in the RM Essentials Kit ,or each on its own. We provide all props necessary for in-class workouts.


HOW SOON CAN I BEGIN REVOLUTION MOTHERHOOD?

Rachel has seen women 7 days after giving birth all way to 25 years postpartum.  Your body, birth and recovery are personal and so is your fitness routine. If you are less than 6-weeks postpartum and haven’t had your follow up with your health care provider, then shoot us an email so we can discuss your healing and create the best fit for you.


DO YOU OFFER GROUP PRIVATES?

Yes!  If you have a group of friends or want to set up a corporate wellness program through your company, send us a note and we can get you started. We offer virtual and in person options.


DO YOU WORK WITH MEN?

Yes! Rachel works with men and women in private programs.  Pelvic stability, deep core health, resilient strength + mobility are for EVERY BODY!
