Prenatal - All Trimesters

All trimesters: body-balancing, strength-training that teaches you the fundamentals of the RM Method, eases and mobilizes your back, activates your core, while allowing you to workout safely and effectively during each trimester. The best part? We’re preparing you for birth and a strong recovery. You’ll feel connected, stronger, and lighter after every workout.

RM Heal

Postnatal - Phase 1

8-Week Program: Rachel’s signature full-body re-education + strength program.

Beginning deep on your internal core, RM Heal quickly builds into your glutes, ribs, shoulders, back, and side-waist. This complete body re-patterning and strength program is great for all moms from newly postpartum to multi-years—this is where you start.

This program specifically targets injury recovery, pain, and tension-release, strengthening diastasis-recti, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse.

RM Strengthen

Postnatal - Phase 2

8-Week Program: Each RM Strengthen class is a full-body workout that builds deep and superficial core strength while increasing your overall fitness and stamina.

Tackling complex cross-body strength and mobility, RM Strengthen delivers a full-body fitness regimen that will get you playing, running, and jumping for the rest of your life. It’s the perfect combo of a workout that meets all parts of your mom-body and life needs.

RM Strengthen builds on the concepts learned in RM Heal, but it’s NOT a prerequisite.

RM Thrive

Postnatal - Phase 3

Cross Train for a lifetime of motherhood: Take your fitness to the next level with muscle-fatiguing workouts that combine yoga, bootcamp, pilates, sculpting, ab-shred, and cardio.
