Prenatal + Birth Prep
RM’s prenatal program for all trimesters designed to educate you about your changing body while keeping you strong, active and pain free. The concepts you learn in RM BEGIN help prevent diastasis recti, ease swelling and chronic pregnancy aches, while preparing you for birth and an active, full recovery.
RM teaches you how your core muscles work, how to activate them when they turn off + how to strengthen them as they change shape throughout your pregnancy = reduces back and hip pain, prevents diastasis recti, prepares you for pushing and expedites your postnatal recovery.
RM’s proprietary cross training method uses the soft foam roller to reduce swelling and discomfort while continuously activating and training your TVA and pelvic floor for functional strength, birth and an active recovery.
RM’s expert body education teaches you about your changing body every step of the way, so you are never lost in fear, but instead are in the driver’s seat of your health and fitness choices.

Full Body + Core Recovery
RM HEAL is our 8-week foundational program. Each video builds on the last and is designed to educate + strengthen your whole body from the inside out - deep core, pelvic floor, back, glutes and upper body. Whether you're newly postpartum or years past delivery, this full body, progressive fitness program is the transformative education and structured fitness you’re looking for.
Address common postpartum concerns like diastasis recti, incontinence, and weak pelvic floor muscles through guided, expert-led exercises.
Recover from birth and daily mom-life by integrating soft foam rolling, breathwork, and movement designed to reduce aches and realign your body.
Beyond the core - this program restores balance by strengthening glutes, ribs, shoulders, and back for total-body resilience.

Women’s bodies evolve every decade - whether or not you’ve had children. We’ve studied these changes, and now, we’re here to train you to thrive for life.

Cross Training for Longevity
RM THRIVE is designed for moms who are ready for the next level - high-energy, muscle-fatiguing workouts that blend yoga, sculpt, cardio, and strength training.
Refine and tone your body with workouts that challenge endurance, flexibility, and stability for long-lasting results.
Built in 4-parts, Rachel teaches you how to progressively build muscle with foundational trunk strength followed by controlled, intentional weightlifting, Starting with light resistance (2-5 lbs) and gradually increasing to 10 lbs (max).
RM THRIVE builds and keeps muscles for longevity - translating directly into your favorite activities like hiking, skiing, running, and boutique fitness - so you feel strong, capable, and confident in daily life.

RM REVIVE
Weight Training for 40+
RM REVIVE is a 4-part weight-training program designed for women looking to build muscle, enhance vitality, and train for longevity. Whether you're new to weightlifting or returning after a break, this program teaches you how to lift safely and effectively - ensuring a strong, stable body that supports you through every stage of life.
Before lifting, we activate and engage the deep core, glutes, and pelvic floor to create a strong foundation for safe, effective strength training.
Learn how to progressively build muscle with controlled, intentional weightlifting, starting with light resistance (5 lbs) and gradually increasing to 10 lbs (max).
This program translates directly into your favorite activities - hiking, skiing, running, and boutique fitness - so you feel strong, capable, and confident in daily life.
