Move with confidence prevent injuries, reduce chronic pain, learn about your changing body and feel confident and safe in your workouts. This class fuses soft foam rolling for muscle activation with layered core work, glutes, yoga, sculpt and some light hand weights to keep your muscles active, doing their jobs, and ease-fully strong. For all trimesters.
